· Please arrive Sunday, November 24th around 4:30 and set up by 5:00 for judging.

Enter off of Walker onto Short Street drive South around City Hall and go into the Sand Park Pool Parking lot. 

· Entering in Sand Park Pool Parking lot the first row to the left is for Government vehicles all other line ups are as they arrive. 

· For the groups that get dropped off we ask that they enter off of Walker to River Park Drive. Kids can be dropped off and stay warm in the Civic Center at City Hall until it gets closer to the start of the parade (please make sure you designate a pick up spot at the end of the parade at Machesney Park Center). Organizers needs to be clear on these directions as parents were very confused in the past. If they want to park and wait they can park in front of the GYM on the North side at the Loves Park City Hall. If you plan on staying for the Fireworks, please park on the Festival Grounds.

· All candy and supplies must be on the float before pulling in the lineup (no vehicles can drive in and deliver because they will not be able to get out).

· Bathrooms are available inside the Civic Center

· Bigger vehicles will park by GE Aviation and an email will be sent out to let them know how to get into the parade line up.
